When time is short you can select a quick 15 minute wash for freshening up new or lightly soiled garments. In fact, Vortex Wash allows most cycles to take less than one hour to complete. Water is forced from the bottom of the drum, so detergent and heat reach your clothes faster, cleaning quickly and avoiding over-washing.

Smart and easy to use with powerful performance
Superb performance and program options are diverse and user friendly. Paired with the matching heat pump dryer we bought as a package they out perform our previous setup considerably.

Smart but Smells
Moved from a top to front loader. Love the technology but these machines don't breathe well. My clothes smell if left too long, and then the smell in the clothes is hard to remove. My F&P top loaders were much more forgiving for a busy family when you want to put a load on before bed or before work. Like all the technology on this machine, auto dosing, and integration with my phone. However, quite a bit more maintenance for me as having to do drum cleans often and I'm on tank water so can't use any harsh chemicals to clean the machine.

The automatic detergent dispenser doesn't seem to adjust the quantity required for heavier washes. I often find that that clothes don't smell clean - there is still some odour.

The machine is a well built one and does a good job the reason for 3 stars is that it at times it comes up with check water taps are open which is annoying cause when it does you have to go and click yes called up about it they said to turn it off at the wall for a few minutes and back on didn’t fix was told to call a technician out to look at it but wasn’t willing to pay for it. Machine wasn’t been ised much when it started but brought it when there was a shortage stored it and used so warranty was applicable

Disappointing condition from factory
Brand new washer fresh in from China was full of water and had mould. Automatically defaults to the auto dose (liquid only) detergent system each time you turn it on so if you are using up say 10kg of left over powdered detergent then you have to push more buttons for each and every load. It is very quiet but can’t say it’s doing a better job at washing my clothes than my 20 year old Bosch front loader did.

I look forward to doing the washing!
This is our first front loader and we were a little nervous about how we'd find things. We both love the new machine! It looks great, it's incredibly quiet, very easy to use, washes well, and there is an unexpected delight with the auto dosing and not having to put laundry liquid in for every wash. Very very pleased with our new machine, and we're about 20 washes in, so past the first impressions phase!
